STEVEN EDLEFSEN, PRESIDENT
Steven began his real estate career with the Staubach Company (now Jones Lang Lasalle – JLL) in their Miami Office, gaining tremendous tenant representation experience and market insight in the Professional Baseball off-season.
While at Staubach (JLL) he achieved valuable knowledge in understanding in lease negotiation, lease management, financial analysis, property analysis, acquisitions/dispositions, investing, and business development. After retiring from Professional Baseball, Steven worked with Cresa’s South Florida Office focusing on Industrial Transactions. Having attended and played baseball at The University of Nebraska, Steven was the natural choice for Cresa to open and be the Managing Principal for their new office in Omaha. After successfully establishing Cresa’s office in Omaha, Steven transitioned back ‘home’ to Minnesota and founded The Edlefsen Group – Corporate Real Estate Advisors. In all, Steven has been on the Business Process Team for millions of square feet of real estate transactions.

Baseball fans may remember Steven Edlefsen as a pitcher for the San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Dodgers and collegiately at the University of Nebraska. During his career he enjoyed seven seasons with the San Francisco Giants and one with the Los Angeles Dodgers. In 2012 he earned a World Series championship ring while pitching for San Francisco. Steven brings the same passion, work ethic and integrity to everyone he works with as he did achieving success in professional baseball.
